Refund & Exchange Policy

At Karina Betharia Studio LLP, each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch.

Damaged Goods
If your product is damaged, please inform us within 5 working days of delivery. After verification, a full credit note will be issued.

Note: Variations in colour, fabric, or handwork are not considered defects.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, email us with your order details. Once returned in original condition, we will send the correct product.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Returns are accepted only in exchange for a credit note.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

  • We recommend using an insured courier service.

Important Notes

  • Returns may be refused if conditions are not met.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Order modifications are not guaranteed after confirmation.
